Abbas Luyombo is a third-year law student at Makerere University Kampala. He is the current Guild Representative Council for the School of Law, Abbas also serves as the Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister in the 85th Guild cabinet.

At face value, one would be mistaken that Abbas is simply an ordinary law student at the Ivory Tower. However, upon listening to him, one gains an insight into the depth of knowledge he possesses.
Abbas is a true attestation to ‘disability is not inability.’
