PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS

The Business Transactional Clinic provides free business and transactional legal services to community-based organizations, small for-profit businesses, worker cooperatives, social ventures and neighborhood-based entrepreneurs, social enterprises, and under-resourced entrepreneurs and small businesses that operate in areas of concern to the public.

The legal advice and services target start-ups as well as on-going operations of the organizations or enterprises.

Clients are selected based on a variety of factors including: whether the prospective client can otherwise afford to pay market rates for legal services; the prospective client’s potential impact on communities and the timing of their needs.
